Hi, I’m Kristine Jensen — an award-winning copywriter,
scriptwriter, and video producer.

Kristine Jensen, author of The Wednesday Club novel

Wednesday Club was inspired by the collected meeting minutes from my grandmother’s club in South Dakota.

With over 20 years professional writing experience, I’ve written hundreds of marketing scripts for the world’s top tech companies, including Apple, Cisco, HP, Intel and Sony, and a wide variety of medical and education programs.

I have also written and produced documentaries for PBS and other clients on topics ranging from worker-owned cooperatives to the herring fishery to Silicon Valley booms and busts.

My scripts have won numerous awards including three Telly Awards and honors from the Columbus Film/Video Festival, the Houston International Film Festival, and the New York Film Festival.

A transplant from the San Francisco Bay Area to Eugene, Oregon, I currently work as a copywriter for Adobe.

My debut novel, WEDNESDAY CLUB, explores the importance of women’s friendships and the challenges for a city girl relocated to small town rural America in the 1960s.

I grew up on a farm in South Dakota and graduated from the University of Oregon with a B.A. in Film and Video Production. In addition to my novel, I’ve written three screenplays.
